Return and exchange periods
Please allow up to 3 daysto deliver your order. Our return policy is For 3 days valid. Please check all purchased products upon receipt to ensure that all items are working properly. If since the date of purchase 3 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any reason.
Change/cancel order
Make sure the shipping address in your order is correct. If the address needs to be changed, you can email czhiwen97@gmail.com request a cancellation or change of the order. However, once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Undelivered shipments
If the customer refuses the package or the address is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered and the customer requests a refund, we charge 30% of the amount paid as a fee.

Accepted Returns
Returns must only faulty products We accept no refund for regular items. Please do not send completely normal items or devices in your return and exchange request. BeachPlease note that for returned, completely normal, opened items, a Restocking fee of 50% will be charged.
Items that cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded

- All opened or tampered goods
- For hygienic and safety reasons, the following items will not be taken back:

If products physical damage, water damage and/or signs of tampering they are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
We take over no liability for discoloration or packaging problems of e-liquids. You are responsible for the safety of the products and completely waive any legal claims.

1. Required information
Please provide the following information to start the return:
- Full name
- Order number
- Order date
- Name of the product you wish to return – including brand, model and colour (if applicable)
- Return type – e.g.: Defective product, wrong item
- Photo or video evidence of the defective product – including barcode, serial number and QR code on the packaging
- Return request type – e.g. refund, store credit or exchange
*Note: If any of this information is missing, we will not process the return.
2. Return and inspection
After we receive your return request, you are responsible for carefully packing the device and returning it to us with your own label. After receiving the items, we require 1-3 working daysto review and process the return.
3. Requirements for returns of defective items
In order for your defective items to be eligible for exchange or credit, they must meet the following conditions:
- No physical damage or deep scratches
- No returns due to minor cosmetic defects (e.g. slight scratches or discoloration)
- All accessories included in the purchase package must be returned together with the defective device
- Please package your return sorgfältig. Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email that we have received the returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and shipped within 3-7 working days automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Promotional or clearance items (if applicable)
Only articles about regular price can be refunded, Promotional make non-returnable. If you purchased a clearance item, we cannot guarantee that we will have the same item in stock when we process your exchange. Clearance items are not backordered. If the item sells out between your purchase and our processing of your exchange, we will contact you and ask you to select a replacement item.
Note: We take over no responsibility for lost, stolen or otherwise damaged products returned to us. If we find that the package is damaged or the returned products are missing or are not our products, we will notify you within 24 – 48h notify you after the return has been processed.
In case you send a return that does not comply with the return policy and you want the item back, you will have to pay the shipping costs to send the item back to you. We will send no unqualified articles before shipping costs are paid. You are responsible for reading the return policy carefully. If you are unsure if your item is eligible for exchange or return, please contact us by email before shipping the device.
